  •          Through online colleges and association that offer virtual staff training plans, your labourers can be saved the cost of travelling to pick up the mastery to help your           business processes.
  •          When employer take business to the web, he/she will probably make a website, so business can have an online presence. Millions of people use the Internet, so many people visit to that website. It means the more clients and customers that he/she will attract.
  •      When employer start to deal products and services online, he/she will begin to take delivery of sales all day every day, instead of just during business hours.
        On company website, customers should be able to access details about products. So, customer service will definitely improve. Instead of having to call customer service, they can email customer service for help.




DISADVANTAGES



  • Internet has the skill to hurt employee relations inside of an organisation. Employees may send negative messages or harass one another through social networking sites and hold back their capacity to work together.
  • Workers might share secret data through a social networking web sites and that data could be incidentally sent to the wrong individual, prompting a break of that data.
